- Is Ting available at my address?
Enter your address using the "Check availability" button on any page. If we're not in your area yet, sign up for updates and we'll notify you as soon as service reaches your home.
- How long does installation take?
We'll have you connected within 2–4 weeks. Our team will keep you updated every step of the way.
- Is switching to Ting complicated?
Not at all. You can order and schedule online in minutes, and you won't be charged until your service is live. Most customers keep their current provider running until Ting is installed—no gap in connectivity.
- What do I need to do on installation day?
Just make sure someone 18 or older is home during your appointment window. We'll install a small device that brings fiber into your home and connect it to your router. The whole visit typically takes under an hour.
- Do I need my own router?
No. You're welcome to use your own router, or add our whole-home Wi-Fi to your installation. We'll include Eero devices that work together as a mesh network, so every room stays connected.
